Attention artists & galleries! Now you don’t have any excuse not to apply in advance for Art Dubai Edition 8 taking place March 19-22, 2014 because Art Dubai announced open call for accepting proposals from galleries interested in participating in the 2014 fair.

Participating in Art Dubai is a oppertunity of a life, an international one 🙂
Applications are open to contemporary art galleries working in the primary market and established for more than two years. Marker, a curated section of concept stands which focuses each year on a particular theme or geography, turns to Central Asia and the Caucasus in 2014. About the selection of galleries Art Dubai said:

“All applications are reviewed by Art Dubai’s Selection Committee. This process is competitive, and we strongly recommend that applications are submitted on time. Please ensure your application includes a detailed exhibition proposal; that you include as much information as you can; and that you ensure the list of artists/works is accurate and final.

The Selection Committee discusses each application, basing their final selection on the curatorial strength of the gallery exhibition programme and the gallery’s submitted proposal.”
