Artist in residence in Ofok Sanctuary by Ward Culture and Art Center in Cairo, Egypt.

Duration: 10-14 days from June 10, 2019. There are visits to both Cairo and Alexandria during the residency.

Project:

Ofok is an agricultural residential community on 600 acres, artists, musicians and many different fields lives in the area. The residents and Ward Culture and Art Center decided to add public art to their resort by providing space and material for artists from Egypt and other countries during there residence.

this project is an opportunity to interact and exchange experiences among artists in a healthy climate outside the noise and pollution of the city.

The residences and materials will be provided by the foundation and the community. The artists only need to cover there personal expenses.
