Gallery Wendi Norris welcomes Director Fernanda Partida Ochoa

Gallery Wendi Norris welcomes Fernanda Partida Ochoa (b. Guadalajara, Mexico) as our new Director of Contemporary Art. As Director, she will act as the primary liaison between artist studios and the gallery team. Fernanda brings to the position 15+ years of professional experience as a researcher, curator, and arts organizer, as well as a fluency in Spanish and French. She most recently served as Collection Manager and Curator of Latin America Programs at KADIST, San Francisco, where she oversaw a collection of 1000+ artworks and supported the institutions’ programs, commissions, and exhibitions. She has previously worked for organizations including the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco; Bibliothèque Kandinsky and Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris; and Fomento Cultural Banamex and Archivo General de la Nación, Mexico City.

Gallery Wendi Norris is thrilled to add a dynamic, intelligent, and experienced director to our team. We look forward to Fernanda’s contributions to the growth and importance of the gallery program and the work we do to support our collectors, institutions, and arts community at large.
